Matthew A. Baxter is treasurer and a member of the NatureBridge Board of Directors. He is also treasurer and a member of the board of the Lyme Land Conservation Trust, and he serves as a director and treasurer of the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme, Connecticut. He also serves as treasurer and a director of the Endowment Board of Vista Vocational, a facility for emotionally impaired young adults. He is the founding trustee of the Cunniff-Dixon Foundation, which is committed to the education and inspiration of physicians regarding medical care near the end of life. He has also served as an overseer of the Amos Tuck School. After his retirement from business in 1999, Andy served as non-executive Chairman of Blackbird Holdings, Inc., an electronic trading system for interest rate and currency derivatives. Prior to that, he was Vice Chairman and COO of Instinet Corporation, a company that became the largest electronic stock trading firm in the world.
