Schuyler B Marshall

Mr. Schuyler B. Marshall is the President of The Rosewood Corporation since January 1, 1999. Mr. Marshall serves as Manager of Rosewood Telecommunications, L.L.C. He served as President of Rosewood Property Co. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The Rosewood Corporation from 1996 to 1998. He served as a Director and President of several of the firm’s subsidiaries. He was a senior shareholder with Thompson and Knight, P.C., in Dallas, where he practiced law since 1970. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Rosewood Capital. Mr. Marshall has been a Director of Alamosa PCS Holdings, Inc. and Alamosa Holdings, Inc. since November 1999. He serves as Member of Governance & Nominating Committee and Member of Compensation Committee for Alamosa Holdings, Inc. He served as Executive Director of The Rosewood Corporation from 1996 to 1998. He served as a Director of Alamosa (Delaware), Inc.
