Tina Rhodes-Hall

Prior to joining Najafi Companies, Ms. Rhodes-Hall held positions of increasing responsibility, including VP, Operations and VP, Finance with Morrison Homes. She was responsible for the management of finance, purchasing, customer service and the compliance departments. Previously, she was VP of Finance for LeapSource, a start-up finance and accounting outsourcing company, and the Director of Accounting for Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she was responsible for all regulatory reporting and compliance, oversight of all of the publicly traded securities of Starwood and the integration of acquisitions. She began her career with Arthur Andersen where she advanced to manager of audit and business advisory services. A native Arizonan, Ms. Rhodes-Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University.
