ROBERT (LEE) RAMSEUR VICE PRESIDENT Robert (Lee) Ramseur, a Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President based at the firm’s One Dulles office in Herndon, VA, focuses on support to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National-Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) markets within the firm’s security business. Mr. Ramseur and his team focus on assignments in the following areas: NRO operations support and customer liaison GEOINT research & development GEOINT systems development and engineering As a senior leader in Booz Allen’s Intelligence Analysis functional community, Mr. Ramseur builds and maintains the geospatial and remote sensing capabilities across the firm. Mr. Ramseur joined Booz Allen in 2005 for business development supporting the NGA market team. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Cassidy & Associates, a Washington DC-based government relations firm. Mr. Ramseur also spent five years as a Vice President for Business Development with Veridian. He retired from the US Army in 1997, after a 20-year career as an officer in the Corps of Engineers. His assignments included staff officer and command positions in combat engineer battalions, as an Associate Professor at the US Military Academy at West Point, as a Defense Mapping Agency Staff Officer and as the Army’s Geospatial Intelligence staff officer. Mr. Ramseur has a B.S. degree in geology from Appalachian State University; an M.A. degree in geography from the University of Texas; and an M.A. degree in strategic policy and international studies from the US Naval War College.
