Donald C Roof

Donald C. Roof has been a Director of RSC Holdings and RSC since August 2007. Mr. Roof most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Joy Global Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Prior to joining Joy, Mr. Roof served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Heafner Tire Group, Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Roof currently serves as a director of Accuride Corporation.
