David L Treadwell

David Treadwell is a founding member of Grow Michigan, LLC and serves as the group’s Chairman. He also serves on the following boards as a Director: C&D Technologies, Inc. – a producer and marketer of electrical power storage and conversion products; Chairman of the Board Visteon Corporation – an $8 billion revenue global Tier 1 automotive supplier of electronic components, climate control systems and interior components. Flagstar Bank – a $14 billion asset Michigan-based bank FairPoint Communications, Inc. – a $1.2 billion revenue telecommunication company Revere Industries, LLC – a Midwest-based manufacturing company; Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Treadwell formerly served as President and CEO of EaglePicher Corporation (2005-2011) and as President and CEO of Oxford Automotive (2004-2005) during the restructuring and sale of the companies. Mr. Treadwell received his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
