From 1976 to 2002, Mr. Judge worked for IBM in a variety of sales, marketing, and executive management positions, most recently as General Manager of IBM's Personal Computing Division, a $10 billion business unit offering a broad range of products, services, and solutions, including IBM's ThinkPad brand of mobile computers. Mr. Judge is a member of the board of directors of PMC-Sierra, Inc. and the Buffalo Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
