Mr. Judge has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2004. From October 2002 through December 2003, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Decisions, Inc., an information management software company. From 1976 to 2002, Mr. Judge worked for IBM in a variety of sales, marketing, and executive management positions, most recently as General Manager of IBM's Personal Computing Division, a $10 billion business unit offering a broad range of products, services, and solutions, including IBM's ThinkPad brand of mobile computers. Mr. Judge is a member of the board of directors of PMC-Sierra, Inc. and the Buffalo Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
