James W Eckols

James W. (Jay) Eckols, Accounting and Budget Manager, joined NGP Capital Resources Company in 2005. Mr. Eckols has over 33 years of accounting experience with public and private companies. Prior to joining NGP Capital, Mr. Eckols spent 18 years with Pioneer Natural Resources in various accounting and budget reporting positions. Mr. Eckols graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Texas @ Arlington.
