The Larry H. Miller Group of Companies began with a single automotive dealership, Larry H. Miller Toyota, in Murray, Utah on May 1, 1979. Since that time, the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies has grown to more than 80 businesses and properties doing business in 43 states. Most notable of the Miller Sports Properties are the NBA Utah Jazz; MiLB Triple-A Salt Lake Bees; Miller Performance, home to the world-renowned, Miller Motorsports Park; EnergySolutions Arena, which seats more than 19,000; the Tour of Utah professional cycling race; independent television station KJZZ; sports radio station 1280 The Zone; and All-Star Catering. Miller Retail Properties consists of 122 Fanzz and Just Sports sports apparel stores, located in 22 states from coast to coast, 17 Megaplex Theatres in Nevada and Utah comprising of 180 movie screens, and 3 ProStop convenience stores located in Utah's Salt Lake valley. Rock-solid management principles and dedicated leadership have helped the Larry H. Miller Dealerships achieve record breaking sales and continual growth over the years. Larry H. Miller Dealerships now operate 20 different automotive brands under 55 dealership locations in seven Western states. Each dealership specializes in the sales and service of new and used automobiles, as well as providing vehicle service contracts to its consumers through the Larry H. Miller Group's insurance group, Total Care Auto, and providing consumers with financing solutions through its finance company, Prestige Financial Services. In addition, there are several other related businesses supporting the work of these companies, such as its own full-service advertising agency, Saxton Horne Communications. The LHM Group has also developed vast real estate holdings which include commercial and agricultural properties managed by Miller Family Real Estate.
