We’re all about up-skilling and reskilling individuals for new digital careers without needing a university degree or prior job experience. Today, we help thousands of veterans, military spouses, neurodivergent people, women in technology, Indigenous peoples and youth to find meaningful careers. Many people experience hardship as a result of outmoded and biased employment practices. People who don’t have years of experience, degrees, or shiny corporate connections are often overlooked for job opportunities, regardless of their potential or their fit to role. We want to help under-served communities to overcome the prejudices of the corporate world and provide a lifeline to those who need it most. The really exciting part is that while we are solving an intergenerational societal problem, we are also solving a major economic issue. Put simply, most developed economies have not got an adequate pipeline of tech talent to bridge the digital skills shortage. For many countries, the tech talent pipeline needs to be at least doubled to ensure they can remain leading economies. By discovering a pipeline of talent that no one else sees, WithYouWithMe is revolutionising the employment sector. Using military-style assessments and accredited training, we find tech talent where others don’t look, and grow an individual’s career with targeted skill training, allowing us to deploy people faster and create rapid job readiness. We look to new places, we remove bias from decisions, we put the right person in the job, and we create diversity in teams. We call it data-led employment, and it's changing the way the world thinks about ‘workforces’.
