Opponents of a Tax on Carbon

An informal "list"/"tag" where we record all individuals and organizations who are opposed to taxing carbon emissions. These entities generally oppose Carbon Fee and Dividend (F&D) plans as well, though it is sometimes difficult to assert their opinions on these various nuances, Where applicable we try to flag these who oppose tax but support F&D schemes in the 'notes' field.
