Our Impact We provide support and guidance to low-income families though early childhood education and comprehensive enrichment programs for the entire family. In Tulsa, 1 out of every 4 children under age five lives in poverty. CAP Tulsa is working to ensure that these children reach their full developmental potential by the end of third grade. CAP Tulsa children with two or more years of high-quality early childhood education perform better in school and have parents who are more involved. How does CAP Tulsa help?
