Mr. Parker is currently the vice president of external affairs at Project Concern International. Previously he served as director of communications at the United States Global Leadership Coalition and worked with non-governmental organizations and Fortune 500 companies to educate Americans about global development. Mr. Parker also served as director of communications for the Peace Corps. He has held communications, marketing, and policy positions in other public, private, and non-profit sectors, including the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Levi Strauss & Company, and the American Red Cross. Mr. Parker holds a master’s degree in public policy from Regent University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from North Carolina State University.
