Edward A Crooke

Edward A. Crooke a director since April 1999, retired as Vice Chairman of Constellation Energy and BGE in December 2001 and has been retired since that time. He also is a director of AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc., Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services, Limited and Baltimore Equitable Society. Mr. Crooke was a director of BGE from 1988 to April 1999.
