Cecilia Mendez Hodes is a lawyer with more than 20 years of nonprofit volunteer experience, serving in numerous leadership roles with institutions in her community. She currently serves as a trustee and a vice president of the board of The Episcopal School in the City of New York, an independent school that is a leader in the field of early childhood education. Her previous experience includes practicing corporate law in New York City at the law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and, later, as Counsel, USA Area, for The Royal Bank of Canada. Ms. Mendez Hodes graduated with General Honors and Departmental Honors in English from Vassar College, where she was a Matthew Vassar Scholar and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
