The 5th Annual event will feature the collaboration of four local chefs to prepare a four-course meal while simultaneously raising funds to further Loyola’s mission of breaking the cycle of poverty through education. In addition to the four-course, sit down portion of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to interact with each chef at his individual appetizer station during the cocktail hour and meet a Loyola student serving as his sous chef.
In addition, four dining experiences (one with each chef) will serve as the evening’s auction items. |
