The meeting started at c. 14:15
Introduction by the Chair
The Chair outlined the purpose of the meeting, including:
that the APPG is concerned with those who have suffered adverse reactions to or been
bereaved following a Covid-19 vaccination;
the APPG’s aims include:
o reviewing the financial assistance available under the Vaccine Damage Payment
Scheme, including removing the 60% disablement threshold;
o to encourage the NHS to take seriously those who have suffered adverse effects
from Covid-19 vaccines, and to offer effective help and advice to those affected
(whether by offering equivalent clinics to those for Long Covid or otherwise); and
o to encourage the Government to accept the reality that Covid-19 vaccines have
caused damage (no matter how small the risk) to those who did the right thing and
were vaccinated, and to recognise that specific risks were not set out in the initial
vaccination specifications.
The Chair expressed sympathy to those adversely affected by Covid-19 vaccinations, and introduced the speaker.

Dr Malhotra addressed the APPG for c. 40 minutes on his recent peer-reviewed paper entitled “Curing the pandemic of misinformation on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines through real evidence-based medicine - Parts 1 and 2”.
