Minutes of the Inaugural Meeting of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Covid-19 Vaccine
Damage on 13 July 2022 at 11:15 in Room U, Portcullis House

The meeting began at c. 11:15
1. Quorum
CC established that the quorum had been met because five Members of either House were present. Several apologies for absences were noted.
2. Purpose
CC outlined that this was intended to be the inaugural meeting of the above APPG, and briefly outlined its purposes.
3. Election of Officers
Chair
CC was unanimously proposed as Chair and Registered Contact, and was unanimously elected as such.
Officers
The following were unanimously proposed as Officers of the APPG and were unanimously elected as
such: DS, GK, EL and Graham Stringer MP.
4. Income and expenditure
CC advised that there was currently no income and expenditure and none was currently envisaged, nor were there any registrable benefits. No Officer envisaged they had or would receive any registrable benefits.
5. AGM
The AGM will be held at the end of this reporting year (c. 13 July 2023).
6. Registration
CC will arrange for the APPG to be formally registered.
7. Other business
CC advised that:
o He had introduced a Presentation Bill on the Covid-19 vaccine damage issue, with
the second reading to be held on 16 September.
o A mass rally on the issue was being organised for 16 September in Committee Room
14, to coincide with the Bill’s second reading.
o The vaccine damage issue was to be discussed on GB News at 20:00 tomorrow
(Thursday 14 July), including interviews with those harmed or bereaved.
o Several vaccine damage groups have been in touch, including the UK CV Family and
VIB UK (currently believed to be represented by Hausfeld).
o He had recently been scheduled to have another meeting with the Minister (Maggie
Throup) to discuss this issue yesterday (12 July), but she had unfortunately
cancelled.
DS mentioned a well known entertainer may have suffered vaccine damage and may offer their support.
