In my role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Seagate, I am responsible for articulating and driving the People Strategy & Programs in order to deliver on our business strategy and grow the talent that will deliver maximum results. As a strategic partner to the CEO and the other Executive Officers, I lead the transformation of our HR function towards becoming a change leader and enabler, building and enhancing the capabilities of our people and our business as required. With over 30 years service in the the U.S. Army, including senior leadership roles in intelligence, Cybersecurity and Electronic Warfare - I am proud to be leading Seagate's People Transformation towards more impactful HR technologies (incl AI and automation), stronger leadership, and increased employee engagement and retention. |
