Notes About I am currently employed on a number of confidential contracts that cannot be elaborated on in this forum. My main areas of work are Human Rights, Human Trafficking, Counter-Terrorism, Counter Radicalisation, Managing Public Disorder, Use of Force, and Community Policing. I have developed change management, project management, intelligence management, and risk management models at a strategic level. I have previously worked with CIFAL, DFID, OSCE, UNITAR, and the United Nations. My work has included projects in Albania, Australia, Ireland, Malawi, Nigeria, Poland, Scotland, Spain, the UK, the United States of America and Uzbekistan. I have a Masters in terrorism studies with St Andrews University and I author a module for their Professional Certificate in Counter-Terrorism. Prior to this role, I served with the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross and the Police Service of Northern Ireland for 31 years. In that time I worked on the aforementioned disciplines, retiring as a Police Superintendent. Apologies for the brevity of detail. A full CV is available upon request and confirmation of identity.
