Jo is in-house Counsel for PCR Claims. CEO of NaviStar Legal, Chair for Lawyers for Liberty.
Lawyers for Liberty is network of lawyers (supported by many other professionals) who are looking to restore democracy and rights to the United Kingdom.
Jo is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in New York and England in 2006. She helped early-stage companies around the World to raise investment, sell and buy other companies and list on the AIM stock exchange.
Jo has worked both in private practice and in-house with small businesses and FTSE 100 company subsidiaries. She gained experience in all aspects of corporate transactions involving international clients whilst working for a US-firm in the City of London, including M&A;, joint ventures, private equity and company law.
