| Notes | Michael entered the real estate business in his early twenties as a licensed residential salesperson. He soon moved into the commercial real estate business, establishing himself as a top commercial leasing agent. In 1984, Michael moved to Pittsburgh, and founded his own company that, in 1987, became Zamagias Properties. He now owns a controlling interest in more than 1.6 million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use properties located primarily in Western Pennsylvania. |
