The Court Rules Committee meets the third Tuesday of every month at the ACBA Headquarters in Conference Room C at 12:00 p.m..
This Committee is charged with revising and developing rules of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, including its Civil, Criminal, Family, and Orphans' Court Division, supplementing the rules with the Rules of Appellate Procedure, and publishing said rules in a "Court Manual" for sale to the membership and other interested persons. It also shall maintain revisions of the rules and new rules monthly through distribution in the Pittsburgh Legal Journal. All rules will be annotated and indexed. It shall include in the "Court Manual" other items as it deems necessary and appropriate, and shall consult with the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on any of its rule revision, etc.
