Notes Customers were (without being complete) Fortis and Fortis Insurance, KBC, NATO, BASELL, BARCO, INTERVET, International Criminal Court Den Haag. The last 5 years at Siemens I've spent most of the time abroad, for NATO. As senior technical lead - manager, I've integrated multiple remote sites in cooperation with NATO Offices. All network devices, structure, applications and windows platform related services needed to be migrated. Countries where I was active: Latvia, Lithuania,Estonia, USA, UK, Roemenia, Bosnia-Herzigowina The general indepth knowledge of the MS platform, hardware, software, training competence were essential. I left SEN (Siemens) in 2009, to start as IT manager in KaHo Sint-Lieven. As the lead of a motivated team of software engineers, system engineers and Service desk operators I was able to stabilize and upgrade the IT environment. In 2012 the organisation started to change because of scale changes (merger, takeovers). I finished my career in KaHo as Program Manager, where I was responsible for the general program of the organisation and leading the project management teams, and develop team. Since February 2014 I've been looking for new opportunities as IT manager or IT technical manager. Meanwhile I've been working as freelancer and project manager. Currently working as IT Director for WIV-ISP and A.I. for CODA-CERVA to prepare the merger of both organisations.
