Mary J. Miller
Former Under Secretary for Domestic Finance, US Department of the Treasury
Miller was the under secretary for domestic finance from 2012 to 2014 and the assistant secretary for financial markets from 2010 to 2012) at the Treasury. She played a key role in overseeing US debt issuance and the financial regulatory overhaul. Before joining Treasury, Miller spent 26 years at Baltimore-based asset manager T. Rowe Price Group Inc., including as director of the fixed income division and a member of the firm’s management committee. She was a research associate at the Urban Institute from 1980 to 1983.
