Goods Called The Partnering for Family Success Program, this new PFS project is all about improving the lives of children and families by reducing the time children of homeless parents spend in out-of-home foster care. The five-year, $5 million project is funded by a variety of private investors and philanthropies, including The Reinvestment Fund, The George Gund Foundation, The Cleveland Foundation, Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland and Nonprofit Finance Fund. For each day of reduced out-of-home care, the county will pay back funders $75, which represents savings from the foster care system.
