Joining the team during a time of transition and growth marked my tenure as Executive Director, Corporate Reputation and Communications. This newly created role was formed to build a team of digital first communicators that merged the traditional craft of public relations with best practices in corporate brand development, digital marketing and issues management.
The role also included the management of KPMG Studios, a full-service creative studio and broadcast center that created, published and syndicated branded content and programming across online, social and internal broadcasting.
Managing a team of 27 people, the role was responsible for the firm’s corporate communications and thought leadership as well as shaping and evolving its corporate reputation during a time of headwinds for KPMG.
Notable communications campaigns included:

2. In the Know (Culture)
3. Voices (Corporate Citizenship)
During my time in the role, the team designed and launched the firm's first digital newsroom, blog and refreshed all social channels to align to audiences. This work became the blueprint for the creation of best practices and a new integrated approach to social media across KPMG. See less |
