Led a four-year journey to rebuild the function, consolidate agency partners and recruit new talent to build out an award winning team responsible for all aspects of external communications including corporate communications, media relations, product PR, community relations, executive thought leadership, digital media and issues management.

Corporate Communications & Risk Management: Established risk management communications protocol, real time sensing and analysis, crisis playbooks and corporate communications guidelines for company.
Brand Publishing and Online News Room: Launched and managed the company’s first globally integrated digital publishing ecosystem allowing for real time publishing and syndication of news and thought leadership across all owned social, online and traditional media channels in 15 languages and 6 regional hubs.
PR Measurement: Standardized global reporting via the launch of the MasterCard Conversation Suite allowing for real time reporting and analysis of PR across social, online and traditional media channels in 43 markets and 26 languages. See less
