Established the company’s first digital and social media innovation lab designed to build out social media, digital publishing, blogging and in-house content creation capabilities in support of brand marketing, entertainment and sports marketing and brand publishing.
4. Senior Communications Manager, United States (July 2004 – August 2007):
Recruited to lead the US regional communications function and develop a customer advocacy and reference program. The role evolved after 18 months to assume global responsibilities for the Business Product Group focused on servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations and services.
Achievements: coordinated global launch of refreshed business product line in 2006 resulting in 220% increase in positive media coverage (over past generation)
