Ms. Remily was promoted into her current position as the Director, The Army Distributed Learning Program in January 2010. This program specializes in the education and training of the U.S. Army. Helen received her Master's in Education from University of Arizona where her area of study was in educational psychology with an emphasis on technology. She received her certificate in public leadership from the Brookings Institute and is a Harvard School of Government alumni and continues to stay involved with the Gamma Beta Phi honor society. She feels a great sense of stewardship in continuing to serve and support this great nation's warfighters and veterans. Helen was awarded the Knowlton Award for integrity, moral character, professional competence, and selfless service. She is highly self-motivated with strengths in the areas of military intelligence, strategic and organizational planning, program and change management, instructional systems design, distributed learning, team building, and innovation.
