Epic Games has announced that it's brought on Paul Meegan to serve as vice president of product development. Meegan, who previously was LucasArts' president, will work with Epic's executive team and developers on all projects.
Prior to his two years at LucasArts, Meegan had assisted Epic Games in setting up Epic Games China, which now operates as Yingpei Games. The subsidiary was able to establish an Unreal Engine licensing business in the region and develop the Atlas MMO backend technology framework for licensees. It also worked on original IP for the Chinese games market. |
