In 2009-13, I developed and lead a number of corporate and industry-focused executive education programs, including (but not limited to) innovation management and oil&gas programs. Project partners included MIT, BP, leading Russian technological and energy companies, and the Ministry of Economic Development. Our Skolkovo-Rosatom program on technological innovation management received EFMD Excellence in Practice Award in 2016.
Since mid 2013, I am working with Skolkovo Education Development Center, focusing on transformation of Russian professional education. In 2013-15 I also was the project leader of the ILO-G20-Russia project component dedicated to design & piloting of Skills Technology Foresight tool. I also led the research on Skills 2030 for 25 sectors of Russian economy, resulting in the Atlas of Emerging Jobs, one of the most detailed global compendiums of jobs of the future (available at www.atlas100.ru/en)
