Gonzalez was one of two co-founders of Declara, a venture-backed adaptive social learning platform that accelerates informal adult learning through personalized content delivery using cutting-edge machine learning. In just four years, Gonzalez led Declara’s four-continent public education system and Fortune500 growth, which resulted in a $40m series-A and recent sale of the company. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer of the Stupski Foundation, where he created a multi-state innovation lab to scale personalized learning that became a policy-shaping reference for the Obama Administration. as well as Advisor to the former Colombian President Manuel Santos on national IT innovation and poverty reduction strategies.
