Ms. Hilary C. Pennington, of Belmont, Massachusetts, who will serve as a co-chair of the Committee, is the President of Jobs for the Future, Inc., a nationally recognized workforce development organization whose clients include the Federal government and twenty-five state governments. She was a principal advisor of the School-to-Work Opportunities Act of 1994, and now serves on the National Advisory Committee on School-to-Work Opportunities. She has also conducted comparative studies of workforce development systems in Europe and South Africa. Ms. Pennington received a B.A. degree from Yale University and a M.P.P.M. degree from the Yale School of Organization and Management. |
