Gabriel Quezada,
Vice President, Investments & Asset Management - Southern California
Gabriel Quezada is a Vice President focused on investments and asset management for Southern California. Before joining the firm, Gabriel was Director at Turner Impact Capital. As part of his role within the firm’s multifamily housing investment activities, Gabriel was responsible for deal origination, due diligence, financing, asset management, and social/environmental impact initiatives and programs. Previously, Gabriel served as Vice President at AIG Global Real Estate (AIGGRE), focused on opportunistic investment opportunities in both their Los Angeles and New York City offices. Gabriel began his professional career with Trimont Real Estate Advisors, working on a broad range of real estate transactions including residential, retail, hospitality, multifamily, office and industrial development projects. Later, he worked with TVP Asset, Inc., managing joint ventures and opportunistic real estate investments throughout the western United States before taking time to return to MIT to complete his formal education.
