Peter Buttigieg
Peter Buttigieg is the mayor of South Bend, Indiana. Prior to holding public office, he worked for McKinsey & Company and at The Cohen Group. He holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and a Bachelors in History and Literature from Harvard College, where he was student president of the Institute of Politics. Currently America's youngest mayor of a city of over 100,000 residents, Buttigieg was elected at the age of 29 and was called "The most interesting mayor you've never heard of" by the Washington Post. He has been involved with the Truman project since 2005, is a Lieutenant in the Navy Reserve, and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
