The United Way team conducted a “design sprint” to answer the question “How might we celebrate Mike’s 15 years at United Way on a budget of zero?” Prototypes included decorating me, a pop-up-in-meeting happy hour, and inviting colleagues to dress like me in plaid and cardigan.
