NCOEA is a new center formed by NLET.org, the University of Chicago Computation Institute, Argonne National Laboratory and the San Diego Supercomputer Center at UC San Diego, along with a array of partners nationally. NCOEA is designed to a) help speed the process matching training, jobseekers, and employers and b) through this matching deliver better labor data to economists and other researchers.
