About the Project
One of the most creative and potentially important interoperability initiatives in the U.S. is being conducted in California by SVRDT, a founding Partner of the National Interoperability Collaborative. SVRDT is building an information-sharing environment to address educational disparities among students in three counties: Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo.
The project, which integrates a robust research component, brings together data from public schools, health and human services, and juvenile justice agencies (as well as other stakeholders) across programs and jurisdictions. NIC is providing support on information-sharing agreements and will publish a case study on SVRDT’s work in late 2018 to inform replication efforts around the country. |
