| Notes | Jacob worked as a research assistant at the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) in Washington, D.C. At PERF, Jacob conducted research projects on a wide range of policing topics, including use of force policies, electronic control weapon (incl. TASER) guidelines, department civilianization, and the efficacy of body armor as it ages. Jacob has designed, conducted, and analyzed nationally representative surveys of chief law enforcement officers. |
