Paul J Elston

Paul Elston co-founded the NYLCV in 1989. Currently he is President of the Riverside South Planning Corporation and Chairman of the Board of The Flea Theater. He is also the founder and former CEO of the Long Lake Energy Corporation. Elston previously sat as Chair of the New York City Water Board and served as First Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation. Elston sits on several nonprofit boards and formerly served as President of the Riverdale Nature Preservancy.
