Mr. Moran has served as a director of the Company since October 2002. Mr. Moran is the retired Chairman of The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation, a private investment entity. Mr. Moran is the honorary Co-Chairman of the Republican Leadership Council of Washington, D.C. He served as Chairman of the Republican National Finance Committee from 1993 to 1995 and was the National Finance Chairman of the Dole for President campaign.
