Joseph E. McDonough is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Analog Devices, Inc., headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts, near Boston. He has held this position since November 1991. Mr. McDonough joined Analog in 1983 as Director of Taxes and was promoted to Treasurer in 1985. He was named Vice President in 1988. Prior to coming to Analog Devices, Mr. McDonough was with Arthur Young & Company for 13 years, where he was a Tax Partner specializing in international tax matters. Mr. McDonough earned a BS in business administration at Georgetown University and an MBA at the Wharton Graduate Division at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.
