Jeremy Stoppelman

our co-founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our inception in 2004 and as a member of our board of directors since September 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Stoppelman served as the Vice President of Engineering at PayPal, Inc., an online payment company, from February 2000 to June 2003. Prior to PayPal, Mr. Stoppelman was a software engineer at Excite@Home, an Internet search provider, from August 1999 to January 2000. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. Mr. Stoppelman brings to our board of directors the perspective gained from his experience as one of our founders and our Chief Executive Officer and his experience in the Internet industry.
