Senior Vice President with Highmark, where he oversees Community Affairs, corporate giving and the Highmark Foundation, was formerly President and CEO of the Hill House Association, where he led the strategic development of one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s most important and comprehensive community service agencies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for PNC Financial Services Group, and Senior Vice President of the Manchester Bidwell Corporation. Mr. Frazier has served on more than 25 boards, and currently is a Trustee of Carnegie Mellon University and a Board member with the Andy Warhol Museum, Hill House Economic Development Corporation, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute of Politics.
