A native of Odessa, Ukraine, Ms. Gorbis has worked all over the world and embraces a global perspective equally at home in Silicon Valley, Europe, India, or Kazakhstan. She holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
