Donna DeBerry

Donna DeBerry is founder of Brand Inclusion, where she consults industry leaders on diversity and event management issues. She has been described as a trailblazer, pioneer and the “Diversity Go-To-Person” since her meteoric rise through the ranks of Wyndham International, where she formerly served as Executive Vice President of Wyndham International. DeBerry has served on numerous Board of Directors including the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners, National Hispanic Corporate Council, Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, and the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers. Before joining Wyndham, she learned leadership skills and the spirit of winning from her work with the National Football League and the United States Olympic Committee. Donna DeBerry attended California State University – Hayward.
