Paul Willis Jennings

Mr. Jennings is President and Chief Executive Officer of Innospec Inc., an international specialty chemicals company headquartered in England. From November 2002 through his appointment as CEO, Mr. Jennings served as Innospec's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jennings previously served as CFO of Griffin LLC, a joint venture between Griffin Corporation and Dupont and, from 1986 to 1999, held the positions of CFO and Vice President of Finance for various divisions and regions of Courtaulds plc, working in the United States, Europe and Singapore. Mr. Jennings is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
