Laila J. Worrell is a Partner at Accenture, leading the firm's private equity client group. She has served in leadership roles in Accenture's mergers and acquisitions practice and also spent seven years in Accenture's change management practice. Laila previously headed strategy and corporate development for Macmillan Publishers USA and worked with CNNfn founder Lou Dobbs to launch Imaginova, a company focused on science news and education. Laila was selected by the Partnership for New York City as a David Rockefeller Fellow and currently serves on the technology sector group for the New York City Investment Fund. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Texas.
